I've been thinking of finding an excuse to do a photoshoot at this beautiful venue for a long time. And when Annie and Josh contacted me for the engagement session for their upcoming wedding, and I learned that they are in Ft Worth, I jumped at the opportunity to shoot in the museum.
The galleries at the back of the museum, overlooking the pond, had the absolute perfect light for portraits - and we were grateful for the air conditioned space. At 5 PM the guards kicked us out the door, and we continued taking photos in the shaded pavillion behind the Kimbell Art Museum. WIth 100+ degrees outside, that was a pretty short session.
